Newsgator synchronization discontinued

Today I found that one of my RSS readers doesn synchronize well. My old version of Newsgator FeedDemon (it seems it was version 2.x) showed me that it is impossible to synchronize RSS data.

Don’t worry if the same problem occured to you. Just follow few steps the software offers to you. Easily upgrade FeedDemon to version 3 or higher and convert your feed to Google Reader format.

This issue occured because Newsgator synchronization platform will not be uvailable from tomorrow.

Is news section important in Your blog ?

The answer – Y E S . I tried to add news section at the first page on the martial arts blog - www.voras-bjj.lt , we haven’t done this before . The result was amazing : we received new 102 clicks on “News” chapter (in lithuanian it’s called “Naujienos”) in one week, average – 10 clicks a day. And also additional daily 20 new clicks to other blog pages and posts.

News section is very important part of Your blog. This adds some dynamic feeling to the blog and allows easier and quick access for a user to the most important blog’s information.

Allways use news section or at the first blog page (for static blogs/pages) or try to separate most important/interesting posts (for dynamic posts/pages).

How to write a blog post

This morning I took a cup of tea and started thinking: how to write a post. Till this moment I don’t know the topic, the words I publish and I don’t even know the sentences I write. And now the question:

Does this mean that I don’t know anything and I will not finish my article ?

No. This means that this post is just finished.

Start blogging when you feel open minded. When You have the Great Knowledge inside Your head, You will write the same blog as milinions of bloggers. Try to relax while writing, otherwise emotions can harm clearness of Your words.

Running

Don’t You sometimes really feel running from the morning till late evening ? Sometimes it is boring… But You won’t believe – running/walking helps people ! Some of them feel lack of speed.

Short story. Today is Saturday. While I was working one my friend wrote me a skype PM:
- Hi, I feel dissapointed…
I answered, whether I can help him and what’s the problem. And after all I offered him to go for a walk. The answer was: “I feel lazy, I dont want to go anywhere”.

I answered: “So this is Your problem, don’t You talk about Your feelings with me, go and make sports”. He accepted my offer and send me shiny Skype smile :)

Skype helps people to communicate. Running and other sports help people more than Skype.
